2020 Florida Real Estate Sales Associate live classroom schedule:

1st quarter = Feb. 3 – Mar. 2 5:00 – 8:00 week-nights

2nd quarter = June 1 – June 29 5:00 – 8:00 week-nights

3rd quarter = Aug. 3 – Aug. 31 5:00 – 8:00 week-nights

4th quarter = Oct. 5 – Nov. 2 5:00 – 8:00 week-nights

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate

63 hour State approved education to meet pre-licensing education requirement. 2-week course, offered seminar-style, Mon – Fri, including final exam. Also offered as an evening class meeting weeknights from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Successful completion and passing the final exam are required become eligible to sit for the State proctored real estate exam. Tuition: $299.00 plus cost of textbook.

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam Prep only

One day review session. Designed to be taken after pre-license course above, to review for the exam and acquire test-taking skills. Tuition: $89.00

Florida Real Estate Broker

72 hour State approved education to meet pre-licensing education requirement. 2-week course, offered seminar-style, Mon – Fri, including final exam. Successful completion and passing the final exam are required become eligible to sit for the State proctored real estate broker exam. Tuition: $349.00

Florida Real Estate Broker Exam Prep only

One day review session. Designed to be taken after pre-license course above, to review for the exam and acquire test-taking skills. Tuition: $99.00
